Faeries certainly exist, though they’re not all like Tinkerbell. Diminutive winged people are but a small sector of the faeries.
Many faeries are nature spirits, and there are snow faeries. Those particular ones don’t pay much attention to humans, and little is known of them.
I would like you to note that, as you surely knew, Tinkerbell is not and never was a pixie. In Peter Pan, J.M. Barrie ALWAYS referred to as a “fairy.” This belief springs from the fact that Disney referred to Tinkerbell’s dust as “pixie dust,” apparently think “pixie” and “fairy” to be synonyms during that time period. . .
