What are the good and bad points of a supply teacher? How could they be improved?

A supply teacher is a substitute teacher.
I’m not sure how to answer your question. If you mean how individual supply teachers can improve, that would depend entirely on where they are now as far as personal growth. If you mean what it is like to be a “sub” as we call them here in Oklahoma, then I know some people who love doing it, but its not for me. I need my own space and walking into another’s space and taking over is too stressful for me.
