If we don’t laugh, we’ll go mental: Murphys Creek survivors tell of the horror
Murphys Creek Tavern has been open for six weeks. This isn’t the grand opening owner Jim Barns was hoping for but the place is teeming. A barbecue is turning out burgers, young girls are handing out glasses of water and there are chairs and blankets and spare clothes for whoever needs them.
