How can I test my card game through a program?

My friends aren’t in to the whole card game thing so I was hoping if anyone knew about any program online or something that I can buy that can simulate test draws or actually game play. I’m mainly looking for a card randomizer that I can test draws with though.
It is a trading card game that you play with two players who each have a deck.

By trading card game, I assume something along the lines of Magic or Yugioh… maybe even Pokemon? I know that Magic and Yugioh have online leagues where you can virtually collect cards. Just google them
