Is it true that eating or drinking something sweet something sweet to make a baby most active?

The best thing to do is go and an ice 15-30 min before an ultrasound. I did when I was pregnant and it was great because every time I had an ultrasound if my baby growing and kicking around, so I could see they wanted. The combination of cold and sweet, she wakes up.
