Halo 3 IWHBYD skull?
I get the IWHBYD skull only 3 in the federal level on Halo. The performance does not come, and I checked like.100 Times. Do I get all the gold skulls in front of money or something? (I also had the skull storm [before the] just before. This also happened for the Blind Skull and Grunt Birthday Party skull. They are simply not as difficult to obtain.)
I think it's a silver skull and you do not get an achievement for it
