Why does my skin get really itchy when I eat loads of chocolate or dairy?
When I eat alot of chocolate or dairy my skin gets really itchy. I don’t mean just scratchy but really itchy like under the skin over my whole body. I can take a shower and it releaves it for a few minutes but then it comes back again. If I don’t eat chocolate for a day or two it goes away.
I know odds are it’s the chocolate that’s causing it but does anyone know why?
sounds like you might be having allergic reactions to any dairy products…. Stay away from it. And if you didn’t know, chocolate HAS dairy products IN IT.
