Roll Centerpiece

I'm getting married in 2011 May 7, and we are at the reception in the lobby. The room is power-folding rectangular (8 "Long) tables, folding chairs, so that the reception is not at all like her. We are required to at least 20 tables of guests and head tables (plus Planning, cake & Sign-in tables … but I'm not sure if I need too much decoration on it). We just to go on a big roll of white tablecloths buy white plastic JRC. From now we are having 2 dishes at each table planning (the courts are different forms … or stars, hearts or circles) with a floating candle in each. I shopped all the dishes and candles, is therefore a must. Now, I need help deciding what to do to dress the tables a bit. We are on a tight budget, therefore the lowest possible price. buy links to ideas or cute things that I would be very useful prefabricated. Thank you all for the help!
First check with your site, when the candles are lit permitted. Most don t, because of which a fire hazard. On a budget have rose rocks, confetti, candy or wrapped petals give a little contrast and color. Good luck
