what should I wear to a luau bday party this weekend?
I am broke to buy something, but I do have this dress/sarong thing. its very open and not a pool party. Would wearing those little leggings under it ( if worn as a skirt/sarong) and flip flops and a tank top be dumb looking?
I need ideas for my hubbie too please
