Pink Party
Any ideas for a Pink Panther party?
I know we’re going to use pink plates and stuff but how could we decorate it? I still haven’t decided what to serve and what we could do for fun other than watch the cartoons and movie..
You can use pink and black…maybe even find some pink/black animal print pillows (it’s popular nowadays) or fabric to put on chairs etc. and throw in some white or silver….get some balloons, some glittery confetti.
Personally though, since Pink Panther is a slueth, i’d probably get one of those murder mystery dinner games and do that. The game will determine some of the food (there’s an italian one that does pasta, luau for hawaiian etc)..you can still incorporate pink items, then you can designate one person to be the pink panther, etc…and play the game throughout your mail. It will probably take two hours, but it will be fun, you’ll be eating, and depending on how many people, everyone will have something to do.
For pink foods…of course there are pink drinks (don’t know your age), but anything with grenadine (shirley temple) to ice cream floats made with red soda and vanilla ice cream, to plain old koolaid or hawaiian punch would do.
For a chip dip, you could make a ranch or french onion dip and add a couple tablespoons of tomatoe sauce to make it pink. You could also decide to focus on what seems to be the pink panther and inspector’s favorite things from the movies/cartoons – then you don’t necessarily have to be pink.
For dessert….you could do an ambrosia salad (adding pink jello into the whip cream for the color) – personally i would do vanilla and chocolate cupcakes with pink icing, and put silver non pariels on top!
