Paper Cups
Is it ok if the paper muffin cups are bigger than the muffin pan?
I forgot to check the size of our muffin pans and bought a slightly bigger paper muffin cups… I can’t go out and buy another one. Would this be ok?
You see how it’s all ruffled on the sides? What you can do is kinda squeeze those ruffles together (like an accordion) and tamp it down into the muffin pan. It’ll look a little wrinkled on one side… but really, most people don’t care when they’re eating muffins/cupcakes.
