I made a chicken casserole last night and covered it in foil. I forgot to stick it in the fridge and found it on the counter this morning. Is it ok to keep?
No. It’s not at all safe. Anything like poultry, creams, eggs, mayonnaise based products, etc, should never be left out more than 2 hours. Bacteria grows very quickly. Chicken is one of the worst culprits when it comes to getting food poisoning. Throw it out.
