What does it mean to find a lady bug on your nose in Winter ?
I was inside in the bathroom brushing my teeth, when my nose felt really itchy. I reached up to scratch it, when a little red and black bug started crawling from my nose across my cheek.
It was in the dead of winter with a snow storm, at night, and all the windows were closed and locked.
The door was also locked, and when it flew away, it was really gone. I searched the entire room, and it was not there. There was no way it could have went anywhere.
What does this mean ?

That you have beetles in your house. That was most likely a Chinese Beetle, not an actual lady bug. They look almost identical, but the Chinese Beetle lives inside of your home… usually in the walls, window frames, etc… and they can survive winters very easily. When we remodeled our bathroom, the entire inside of the window frame was covered with them…. and it was late fall.
