Considering that most other US Gov. agencies have been politicized to favor Corporations,can we trust the FDA?
Or should we view the FDA with extreme skepticism and assume that they are catering to the Baby Formula companies need to sell their tainted product more than parents need to protect their children until the next administration can clean house and appoint qualified people whose first duty is to the American people?
After 8 years of the corporate butt kissing Bushies and the way they seem to like to appoint corporate lackey idiots to run agencies like the FDA…who else is going to tell the FDA to kiss off and try to find untainted formula for your babies?
you know i’ve always wondered this. for some reason, people seem to think the FDA is beyond the politics of other large governing bodies that pedal to the rich corporations. i’ve always wondered why they place so much trust in them given that they have no more incentive (as far as i know) than any other organization to act in citizens best interests.
