My 15 months old twins are sooo soother that. You must order them in their mouths to sleep. When they wake up without him, then wake up and I have to run, to give them. The pacifier really saved my sanity, but now it's time to go for it. They are so young, so I can not say that to get the pacifier fairy or something is come. I have the same problem (But my daughter is 2). I asked a nurse, and she told me that my child will give him, when they are ready. As he passed the time, she was 3, he may have for them. Good luck!
