Goody Bags

Use Fun Kids Gifts to Fill Up Your Goody Bags
Let’s face it, kids love goody bags. Whether you need goody bags for incentives so they’ll keep their rooms clean, you want to give them away for holiday treats or if you need to put together a booth for a school carnival, having goody bags always makes for a fun time. But what you put in a goody bag is what makes the difference between a goody bag and a really great goody bag!
While putting candy and such in one used to be a sure fire way to make a kids’ day, most parents now basically frown on too much candy. So, leaving out candy means we have to be more creative. This is where having a surplus of fun toys and cool items will come into play.
While pencils and a notebook may be perfect to put in a backpack, it’s probably not the best items for a goody bag. Just your everyday average pencils and paper is like cold pancakes without syrup. Personalizing them with the school name, colors, or mascot will make them even more special. School events where giving away goody bags like at a school carnival where you win a bag at ring toss or at the dunking booth becomes even more exciting when the contents of the goody bag commemorate that event. Not only do the kids get really cool prizes, but by having them emblazoned with the school name and even the date and event name adds that extra level of “Wow!” to the prizes.
Personalizing the bags to the individual person adds another level of care and love to each bag. Not only are you encouraging the child to build good habits, but having their name on the pencils, book bags or notebooks, you show them that extra level of caring that shows you appreciate the their efforts. This creates a fun situation for everyone.
Holiday bags become a little more festive when they have been personalized. Whether you’re doing generic bags for a lot of people, or a few bags for family and friends, having the holiday and year on what you put in the bag, or adding the person’s name to it makes the gift that much more memorable. Holidays can become even more special when you find ways to celebrate your family and friends.
Personalized goody bags really do make a difference!
