Parents of more than one child: Does your family favor one over the other?
Just wondering how others deal with this and if it is happening to others. I have 2 beautiful little boys. Brody is almost 3 and Riley is 3 months. My parents and divorced and both re-married causing the boys to have 2 sets of grandparents on my side. Both sets seem to favor Brody more, buying him things always, giving him money. I know Riley is just new but I am still seeing this as a problem. I am not sure if this is something that will change. As far as hubby’s family – they have very little to do in our lives, so this isn’t a problem on his side. Is anyone else dealing with this? What should I do? Should I nip it in the bud or wait until Riley is a bit older and see if things get better?

I’d wait and see. Since he is still new, there’s not much that they can do for him that he can appreciate. You know?
