Is my DJ ripping me off? (read details)?
I was looking at some DJ’s for my sweet sixteen party (new york suburb area) and I thought I found a great DJ.
He provided 4 hours of music with an MC, fun party favors (glowsticks, party vest, noisemakers, leis etc..) club type light show, 42 inch plasma TV with live feed, as well as a photo montage of my pictures.The party is about 60-75 people (max) He is charging us $1150, and I thought this was great. However after speaking to a few people, they said they got similar things for about $800.
Does $1150 seem like an okay price for all I’m getting?
sounds great to me, but if you dont think so call around then ask what he offers to make it 300 more then go from there
