How do I create a classic 70's Party on a limited budget decor.?
I decorate for a formal party to 70. Each Decorator, I spoke to quoted me $ 2,000 and the hare. We only have a budget of $ 1000, and we need 20 tables for table center and other decorations. Any ideas?
