What is a good recipe idea for a Christmas pudding/cake/dessert?
Despite planning to make a proper Christmas cake this year, my parents, brother and boyfriend have all told me they don’t actually like Christmas cake at all! My Mum makes legendary mince pies, and none of them are keen on Christmas Pudding either… does anyone have a good idea for an alternative Christmas pudding/cake/dessert?
My family don’t eat Christmas cake either. I make a chocolate mud cake and decorate it with white chocolate ganache so that it looks more like a traditional Christmas cake. I found this recipe on line some time ago and it’s the best I have ever tasted.

Only my husband eats Christmas pudding so I buy a small one for him and I make sticky toffee pudding and sherry trifle for the rest of the family.
