can i just buy stuff off ebay and sell it to neighborhood shop owners?
i want to buy these crazy band bracelets in bulk on ebay and sell them to local shop owners and convienent stores. i was wondering if i needed a license or approval from the town or something like that. please and thanks
You do need to remit reports to the Tax Commission showing what you sold to wholesalers with sales tax permits (allowing them to buy without paying sales tax). Get each vendors Sales Tax Permit number when you make a sale or you will have to remit sales tax on your sales whether you collected the sales tax or not.
