Birthday Lollipop
Where can I find Cookie lollipops in London?
I’d like to give iced cookie lollipops as party favors to children attending my daughter’s birthday. Many cake stores in the US used to make them but I am having trouble finding somewhere in London. Any suggestions appreciated.
Buy packs of soft cookies from any supermarket and push sticks into them.
Make / buy a simple cookie dough and cut into whatever shape you’d like. Push (softly twisting as you do so) round lollipop sticks into them, turn the lollipop over carefuly and place a strip of extra dough over where the stick is in the lollipop and bake. Then you can decorate them however you want. You could use icing to write the childrens names etc.
Go to any bakery or cake specialist and request some to be made.
Otherwise, Milly’s Cookies used to do a Smarties cookie lollipop. Check them out.
They used to sell cookie Lollipops in Harrods too and I’ve seen them in the sweet section in the Bentall’s Centre in Kingston.
