Generally speaking, candles are used during Christmas time to welcome the Christ into the world. Moreover, candles are lighted up during wedding ceremonies to represent the union of couple. They would usually hold separate candles which represent their individual lives, and then light up the unity candle using the ones they are holding to symbolize their lives together. Then they would blow their candles as a sign of ending their individual lives and starting a new life together.
It has also been a trend today to give a candle to somebody close to one’s heart as an elegant gift. Many homes are also decorated with various kinds of candles, especially the scented ones because of the fascinating aroma that they give off. It is indeed a mystery how a candle changes the atmosphere by its little spark. It is a prevailing style that will never stay out of fashion.
