Baseball Birthday
What are some baseball related games to play at a 3-year-old’s birthday party?
I am having ten kids over (and their parents) for my son’s third birthday. The kids range in age from 3 to 8. What are some good games they can play related to the theme? They are a little too young to really play the game of baseball, but we have a tee and some balls. Thought they’d hit the ball and run the bases, but what else??
pin the bat on the baseball player
a baseball hat decorating station with plain hats and fabric paint (make sure parents help-it can get messy!)
baseball trivia (who pitches the balls? what happens if you swing at a ball and miss?)
show a baseball movie inside for the lazy kids (sandlot, possibly.)
have them hit the ball from tee and see who can hit it farthest. winner gets some candy.
drawing contest..who can draw a baseball and bat the best?
