=>Total mass = M + m = 0.85 + 20.35 = 21.20 gm
Let n no. of clips are added
=>Net weight = [21.20 + n] x 10^-3 x 9.8 N ———–(i)
Buoyant force = V x d(air) x g ———————–(ii)
On equating (i) & (ii) :-
=>0.11304 x 1.2 x 9.8 = [21.20 + n] x 10^-3 x 9.8
=> n = 114.448
=>n = 114 clips
