Can I buy a Ball-Joint doll at Toys-R-Us or Target?
Are there any types there? I’m in Traverse City, Michigan, and I’ve really been thinking about getting one, but theres no way that I’ll pay like.. 200 dollars to order one from Japan!
Um, no. Ball-joint dolls are a specialty item and aren’t carried in your standard stores…and $200 is considered a very low price for a 60cm doll and low-to-average for a 43cm doll. If you really want one, you can try buying one second hand, but they rarely sell for much under their original price unless they’re badly damaged.
