Fear Of Roller Coasters?

I don’t understand why I am afraid of Roller coasters, my whole life I have been encouraged to go on them. I got to Flamingo Land every year and most the time I end up holding my family’s belongings just watching them on the rides. I want to go on them but I am scared. I don’t know why though. My mum loves them, so does my dad, my 3 older brothers, my dads fiance, everyone who comes to flamingo land with us 9my mum don’t anymore but used to) I really need help understanding why I am so afraid. Just looking at a roller coaster I think YES I love it lets go on it. But when I actually get there I shake like a leaf? Whats wrong with me?
I have a season pass to Flamingo Land this year and I want to make the most of it.. What should I do?

You need to ride some roller coasters to get over your fear….btw roller coasters are safe they test them and there is NO WAY it could derail or anything because of the way they are made, i used to be scared of them too and i still can’t get myself to go on some, but i usually just get in the line and not look at the coaster cause if you do…you tend to talk yourself out of doing it. another thing that helps is once i am in line i tell my friend (in your cause tell your dad or brother) that im scared and they tell me if i get out of the line they will back slap me (seriously lol) or they tell me it will be okay and i will love it after ward and everything is going to be fine. So just do what i do…let someone talk you into it, instead of talking yourself out of it (like i bet you do)
