Need ideas for an open house for my candle business?

I’m planning on hosting an Open House for my neighborhood/close by family & friends to attend to premiere my new distributorship with a candle company …… I’m looking for ideas for the best way to go about this – has anyone done one of these before or could give me some ideas? Thanks!

Whenever my friend’s mom opens one of her jewelry or art shows/galleries she has a cheese and wine tasting party. People can browse your items and drink fine wine, I think that would be a good idea. Good Luck!
