I want to open a princess party boutique, Do I need a Cosm. Licence to put up their hair and put on makeup?
It’s a cosmetology licence for the state of Maryland.
It’s a boutique where kids come to get dresses up and have there hair put up and small amounts of makeup on. Maybe even alittle nail polish.
Good question. I doubt that avon ladies and all those girls at the makeup counters have cosm. license. But you should check to make sure.
