Creatively serene. Locked in the lush greenery of San Pablo, Laguna is Casa San Pablo - a retrogade escape for all walks of life. Why go for a retreat in Tagaytay when you can recharge somewhere nearer? I'm referring to Casa San Pablo, a cozy bed and breakfast place secretly hidden in the bustles of San Pablo City. This is where my team held our annual offsite teambuilding. Big thanks to Camille and Mark for finding this gem and doing all the prep's. My thanks also to Anton for the pictures used in this entry. Ü

Exquisite rooms. Charming. Elegant. Vintage. One can't find a single word that would completely describe Casa San Pablo's cozy chambers.
A mix of nature and style. Very refreshing to the senses.
Healthy and hearty. Hot, home-cooked meals served fresh from Casa SP's kitchen. Truly delectable, you'd forget your diet.
Redefining coolness. Now this motorcycle is what I call cool! Ü
Colorful horses. Reminds me of my childhood days in Lucban when I would play with the bigger versions of this papier-mache horses. I remember them coming from Paete, Laguna.
Refresh your senses. Casa San Pablo also has this pool for those who want to take a rejuvenating dip.
Sa ugoy ng duyan, sa ilalim ng buwan. Relive your old memories of sleeping in duyans with Casa San Pablo's sturdy hammocks.
Working under a blanket of stars. That's my manager, Francis, checking his emails on a banig under a starry night sky. Did I mention that Casa San Pablo has free wifi internet? ÜCasa San Pablo can be accessed through Colago Avenue in San Pablo, Laguna. Overnight stay with breakfast is PHP 1,100/head. Your biggest question. If you could ask God just one question, what would it be?
I remember one of my fellow bloggers wrote something about people's god-questions. So what I did was pretty much the same thing. I posted the question "If you could ask God just one question, what would it be?" in Yahoo! Answers and in two forums where I am a member.
Some may be weird, some funny, still others are really sincere. Here are the top 20 replies i got from the different people who reacted to my question:
01. Can I help you?
02. Is my doggy in heaven now?
03. Why would you like and die for a sinner such as I?
04. Can I see what hell looks like?
05. When are you fetching me? (Please don't tell me you're coming soon.)
06. May I serve you forever Lord?
07. Can I have some money?
08. Why me?
09. Why did you make it in a black woman's nature to be strong if you knew [the] black men couldn't handle it?
10. Are my family and friends in heaven?
11. Where are you?
12. Why do I call you Jesus while others call you Allah, sometimes Buddha?
13. What do you think about the situation of the world today?
14. Why did you have to take the love of my life away from me?
15. Why do you allow such awful things happen to people?
16. Do you believe in me?
17. Why did you give us free will?
18. Where are my car keys?
19. Am i enough?
20. On the seventh day, did you sleep or just stayed awake and rested?
How about you? If you could ask God just one question right here, right now: what would it be? Ü
