Farewell Conchita, Welcome Esmeralda
0 Comments Published by Ryx on Friday, October 6, 2006 at 5:38 AM.Last Wednesday, something bad greeted me first thing in the morning. Turned up that my female hamster, Conchita, has passed away. Exact cause of her death, I do not know. She was so alive the night before. I buried her in the large plant box in our front porch. I can't help but feel a pang of loneliness; this cute, fluffy creature has been my little Conchita for months now and she will greatly be missed. Likewise, Gaston (my male hamster) seemed to be a bit lonesome with conchita's absence, ans so the next day, I immediately bought a new female hamster to keep Gaston company. i named her Esmeralda. Ü
Sleeping Esmeralda. She must have gotten tired from our trip from the store back to our house. Rest well, little one. Welcome to your new home.
Sleeping Gaston. Gaston, lazily sleeping at their toy wheel. He'll be surprised when he wakes up; there's company! :)Bioresearch, my source for all my hamster needs, is located at the ground level of Glorietta 2, near Goldcrest. They have several branches all over the metro. Check them out for pets and logistics - they have it all from dogs to birds to hamsters to fishes, etc.
