In march of 2005, a college student named Ryx Nabos created a blogsite which he called Fallen Angel; named after his own monicker - commonly misinterpreted as the callsign of devil - but to him it is a reminder of all the battles never won, and more importantly the perseverance on every aftermath.
Seventeen months after, he recreates a new home for the thoughts of his mind, the feelings of his heart, and the experiences of his life. Now, Ryx Nabos personally invites you to witness the dawning of a better, if not perfected, personal homepage of his. Join him as he chronicle the experiences of his and everyone's life in a well-refined, full-circle journal.
Chasing daylight. Welcome to my circle.

Heia, dear readers! welcome to my new home, Chasing Daylight. Thank you for patronizing my previous site powered by Tabulas; I hope you'll continue sharing with my journey and experiences through this site.
I know all of you have a big question mark floating above your heads right now: why the sudden birth of a new site, now powered by Blogger?
I can give you three reasons.
1. Synchronization is the key. As some of you might be aware, I am maintaining a Multiply account in parallel with my Tabulas site. However, I have not used the 'blog' portion of my multiply site to its true purpose. I key in my journal entries in Tabulas, I put all the other stuff in multiply. I admit, i'm lazy enough to copy paste my journals from Tabulas to Multiply making the readers of the latter fall short of the better stories I have to tell. However, Multiply recently upgraded its system with a cross-entry feature: post a journal in Blogger and it is automatically mirrored in Multiply. The rest is self-explanatory.
2. My boss is the inspiration. Anton Diaz, my manager, has his own website named Our Awesome Planet patronized by, take this - over a couple of hundred thousand readers from all over the world! Yes, Anton is a man of diverse passions: from dining to photography, from sports to parenting, and more. His journal and all its readers could attest to that. And with all the rantings and mushiness that make up my previous website, Anton as a writer invites me to grow up.
3. A better man. The past two years had been a critical time for me. When I say critical, I mean going through a lot of experiences that changed the very core of my beliefs. and now at this present stage of mine, I can say that i already have redefined myself (versus the Ryx that you knew from early college) and is more worthy and capable of the bigger experiences that life has to offer. the genesis of this new site symbolizes my personal rebirth.
I described myself in my "About Me" entry that I am a person who speaks my mind and lives on the edge. I promise myself that I will live up to it in the future as I did in the recent past. I hope someday my collection of journals will also inspire other potential writers and spark the creation of more informative and heartwarming weblogs.
There's a lot to come!
